In addition to providing permanent housing to 64 community members, BALAM will offer visitors temporary housing. The 70 to 80 acres of land will include a community center, organic restaurant, organic food store, holistic health center, ethical-spiritual business center, and training center.

Ever since my late 30s, I have been thinking about the critical need for communities such as we are planning for BALAM. Now, more than ever, I firmly believe that it is through communities such as BALAM that we can experience what indigenous people in South America refer to as "el buen vivir¨". A life where all involved can thrive, experience belonging and the power to serve not just family and friends, but also humanity and the planet. The Divine moment for BALAM has arrived! I am committed to creating the most powerful, loving and joyful sacred space for all involved.
