Founders

Carmen D. Ortiz,
Ph.D, MBA, CFP

Carmen is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, finance, and spiritual transformation. Originally from Puerto Rico, she earned her Ph.D. in education from Texas Woman’s University at the age of 24. After a successful career in college teaching and international consulting, Carmen pursued an MBA in Investment Management from Columbia University in Manhattan.

Carmen spent time as a Wall Street investment banker before deciding to establish her own financial planning and investment advisory firm in 1988. Today, she is at the forefront of co-creating the emergent Ethical-Spiritual business model. She is currently focused on teaching her course New Earth Investing and is actively involved in launching Oneness Financial Empowerment, Inc, a not-for-profit organization, Transcendent Financial Living, a Public Benefit Corporation and other ethical-spiritual projects .
Passionate about democratizing transcendent financial planning, Carmen believes that everyone deserves to live a transcendent financial life. Committed to her life’s purpose statement as a “warrior of Oneness supporting the well-being of All so that humanity and the planet can thrive,”

Sadhana Indie

Co-creator of the emergent ethical-spiritual business model. Psychologist specialist in Clinical/Community Psychology. Certified as an International Life Coach. Completed the CFT-1 financial therapy educational program. Holds a Masters Degree in online education with specialization in virtual communities and digital courses.
